About Us

Overview

Each month, small groups of 4–5 teens — usually from different parts of the world — meet on

virtual meeting for a simple, thoughtful check-in. Everyone gets a turn to speak (about 10–15 minutes),

sharing what’s on their mind, how life’s going, or something they’ve been thinking about lately.

It’s not a therapy session or a debate — just real talk.

​​After everyone shares, the group sets a gentle, personal growth goal for the month. It could be

something like:

• Getting more sleep

• Being more present

• Speaking kindly to yourself

• Saying no when you need to

At the next session, the group reflects on how their month went — with space to be honest,

celebrate progress, or admit it didn’t go as planned. No pressure. Just presence.
