About Us

Overview

Each month, small groups of 4 to 5 teens, usually from different parts of the world, meet on

virtual meeting for a thoughtful check in. Everyone gets a turn to speak (about 10 to 15 minutes),

sharing what’s on their mind, how life’s going, or something they’ve been thinking about lately.

It’s not a therapy session or a debate, just an place where you can share your stories and hear others.

​​After everyone shares, the group sets a personal growth goal for the month. It could be

something like:

• Getting more sleep

• Being more present

• Speaking kindly to yourself

• Saying no when you need to

At the next session, the group reflects on how their month went, with space to be honest,

celebrate progress, or admit it didn’t go as planned.
