
About Us
Each month, small groups of 4 to 5 teens from around the world meet online to catch up, share their stories, and learn from each other, like a friendly chat with new friends. It’s not therapy or a class, just a supportive space to talk about life, hear different perspectives, and connect with peers from all over.

After the casual check in, the group explores a wellness topic like sleep, finding joy in the small moments, relaxation practices, and more. Each teen shares how that topic shows up in their life: what works for them, how they handle challenges, and strategies they’ve tried. You’ll hear unique ideas from teens across the globe. Maybe someone journals, someone meditates, or someone has a totally different approach, and you can take inspiration for your own life.

At the end of the session, everyone sets a small personal goal for the month. At the next meeting, the group reflects on progress, celebrates wins, or shares lessons learned, all in a friendly, non judgmental environment.
